In this unprecedented time, our paramount concern is for our patients, their family and our staff.

We are offering patients Telehealth (via Skype) or Phone Consultation Services to minimise the risk to our patients and our staff. This is available to all patients not only for those who are self-isolating at home, unwell, in a remote location or cannot attend our practice. These consults will be bulk billed.

We offer this service for new and review patients, where possible. For new patients, I will review the referrals to see if a skype consult is possible. We are still contactable during our regular hours (9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

For some patients, a consultation in person is unavoidable, for these individuals we have instituted measures to minimise risk to all concerned.

We are ensuring that all staff and patients are safe by minimising foot traffic, using social distancing in our waiting room, hand sanitizer and have put protocols in place to frequently wipe down all surfaces to ensure that we are all best protected from the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus).

The health and welfare of our patients and staff is of the highest priority to our practice and all patients are screened on the phone prior to being offered an appointment.
